Our Mission - adopted in 1942

  • To encourage and promote the breeding, racing, driving and riding of horses

  • To facilitate the spreading of information and items of common interest to horsemen

  • To help develop local and statewide systems of trails and bridle paths

  • To cooperate with governmental agencies in administrative functions and the maintenance of law enforcement

  • To foster and perpetuate a spirit of good fellowship and fraternalism among its members

  • To develop the interest and good will of the general public toward horsemen and horses

  • To perpetuate that pioneer law-abiding spirit of our ancestors and their love of fine horses
